ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER - We will confirm all orders by e-mail, it is essential that you must ensure you type your e-mail address correctly as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER- An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit card is processed via Paypal. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Discount Golf Shop reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order. Discount Golf Shop will accept no liability where failure to ship products results from its inability to do so or from its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so. ORDER CANCELLATION - You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following:

The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.

You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost.

Goods must be returned within 30 days.

You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original unspoilt packaging.

If returned goods are refused by Discount Golf Shop because you have not met the above criteria, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.

If for any reason you decide to return an unused item or wrong size garment, a 15% value of the order handling fee will be incurred and the cost of postage is your responsibility.

Cancelled orders are only accepted via email to info@discountgolfshop.net. When exchanging faulty goods, you must send them back to us and on receipt of the goods we will exchange, credit or refund, Discount Golf Shop have the right to refuse any of these options down to the discretion of the company.

COMPLAINTS - In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at customerservice@discountgolfshop.net and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
